UFHdesign.eu is operated by Fabricon Europe B.V. This privacy policy explains how we handle personal data processed through ufhdesign.eu.
Fabricon Europe B.V. respects the privacy of website visitors, in particular their rights regarding the automated processing of personal data. To provide transparency to our customers, we have therefore formulated and implemented a policy covering such processing, its purposes and the options available to data subjects to exercise their rights.

Article 1 – Legal provisions

All trademarks, images, texts, comments, illustrations, animated images, video, audio and technical applications used to operate the website, as well as all other elements used on this site, are protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, repetition, use or modification, in whole or in part and by any means, including the technical applications, is strictly prohibited without the controller’s prior written permission. A failure by the controller to take immediate action against an infringement may not be interpreted as tacit consent or a waiver of legal action.
Article 4 – Website management
For the proper management of the website, the controller may at any time:
- suspend, interrupt or restrict access for a particular category of visitors to all or part of the website;
- remove information that may disrupt the operation of the website or that conflicts with national or international law or accepted internet conduct;
- temporarily make the website unavailable in order to carry out updates.
Article 5 – Responsibilities
The controller is not responsible for failures, malfunctions, difficulties or interruptions in the operation of the website that make the website or any of its features inaccessible. The method by which you connect to the website is your own responsibility. You must take appropriate measures to protect your equipment and data against, among other things, virus attacks on the internet. You are also responsible for the websites and data you access on the internet.

If the controller becomes involved in a dispute as a result of your use of this website, the controller is entitled to recover from you all losses suffered and to be suffered as a result.
Article 6 – Collection of data
Your data is collected by Fabricon Europe B.V. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifier or one or more factors specific to that person’s physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
The personal data collected through the website is mainly used by the controller to maintain its relationship with you and, where applicable, to process your orders.
Article 7 – Your rights regarding your data
Under Article 13(2)(b) of the GDPR, everyone has the right to access, rectify or erase their personal data, to restrict processing, to object to processing and to data portability. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at administratie@fabricon.eu.
Any such request must be accompanied by a copy of a valid identity document bearing your signature and must state the address at which you can be contacted. We will respond within one month after receiving your request. Depending on the complexity and number of requests, this period may, where necessary, be extended by two months.
Article 8 – Processing of personal data
If a visitor is suspected of breaching any law or regulation and the authorities require personal data collected by the controller, such data will be provided following an express and reasoned request from those authorities. From that point, the data concerned will no longer fall under the protection of this privacy policy to the extent required by law.
If certain information is required to access specific features of the website, the controller will indicate that the information is mandatory at the time it is requested.
Article 9 – Commercial offers
You may receive commercial offers from the controller. If you no longer wish to receive these, please email administratie@fabricon.eu.
If you encounter personal data while visiting the website, you must refrain from collecting it or using it in any other unauthorised manner, and from any act that infringes the privacy of the person or persons concerned. The controller is not responsible for such actions.

Data collected by the website controller is used and retained for the period prescribed by law.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. The court with jurisdiction in the district where the controller is established has exclusive jurisdiction over disputes concerning these terms, unless a statutory exception applies.
