From 1 January 2027, customers will have access to Fabricon.app: the digital customer portal for project submissions, project information and technical collaboration.
Fabricon.app brings project submissions, project information and technical collaboration together in one central environment.
The portal is directly connected to the technical services provided by UFH Design. Project data, drawings, design parameters and documents can be submitted centrally and remain available throughout the project.
The aim is to make collaboration clearer and more efficient, reducing separate emails, files and information handovers.
Submit projects in one place
Through Fabricon.app, customers can submit new projects digitally and include the required project information straight away.
This includes drawings, project data, technical design parameters and the required services, creating a clear foundation for our engineering from the start.
Whether you need preliminary calculations, heat loss calculations, UFH layouts or BIM, the relevant project information is collected centrally and linked to the assignment.
Project information in one place
A project often involves exchanging multiple drawings, design parameters, changes and additional documents.
When this information is spread across different emails and files, it becomes harder to keep track of the current project information.
Fabricon.app brings this information together within the relevant project wherever possible. This makes it clear which data has been submitted, which documents are available and which design parameters are being used for the engineering.
A clearer view of progress
Fabricon.app will be more than a platform for submitting new assignments.
The portal is being developed to give customers a clearer view of their projects, the available information and the progress of assignments.
This creates one central digital environment for project submissions, project information and technical collaboration.
Connected to our technical workflow
Fabricon.app supports the four technical services provided by UFH Design:
Preliminary calculations → Heat loss calculations → UFH layouts → BIM
These services can be delivered independently or combined within a single project.
When several services are used for the same project, available project information can be carried forward to the next technical phase. This reduces duplicate data entry and helps keep design parameters consistent throughout the project.
Developed step by step
Fabricon.app will continue to develop after its introduction.
The first phase focuses on digitally submitting, organising and tracking projects. We will then expand the platform step by step with additional project management, communication and technical collaboration features.
In this way, we are building a digital environment that increasingly supports the day-to-day collaboration between our customers and engineering teams.
Available from 1 January 2027
Fabricon.app will be available to UFH Design customers from 1 January 2027.
